*Effective July 1 of each year, rates will increase based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). New rates will be reflected on the bills sent out in September (except for the case of rural residential users who are billed each June for the prior year based on 0.59 acre-feet/year consumption).
The July 1, 2012 rate increase was based on the Consumer Price Index of 2.4%.
